Paris Fashion Week happens twice a year and the fall edition of the show happened from September 25 to October 3. It attracted major celebrities and fashion icons from all over the world. Fashion houses like Dior and Chanel had their presentations.
A lot of attendees are dressed up in high fashion. The occasion is a time for everyone to display the best pieces in their wardrobe and curate their look perfectly since the most fashionable people in the world will have their eyes on them.
Pamela Anderson was attending the Isabel Marant show. She kept her look simple with a understated yellow dress and she also wore no make up.
And not one to stay quiet, Jamie Lee Curtis had a few things to say about Pamela’s choice to go bare faced. The Oscar winning actress took to social media to make sure she let Pamela know exactly how she felt about her choice to go without makeup to the red carpet.
In her caption, she wrote, “THE NATURAL BEAUTY REVOLUTION HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN! @pamelaanderson in the middle of fashion week with so many pressures and postures.” She went on, “And, this woman showed up and claimed her seat at the table with nothing on her face. I am so impressed and floored by this act of courage and rebellion.”
Pamela continued to embrace her natural beauty even at the Victoria Beckham and Vivienne Westwood events.
Other famous women in Hollywood seemed to agree with Jamie Lee Curtis’ comments. “Love this. Beautiful self assuredness,” actress Selma Blair wrote.
“That’s pretty iconic,” comedian and host Chelsea Handler added.
Former playmate and actress Pamela Anderson has recently been getting honest about her own life and how she is getting rid of anything that does not serve her. She revealed plans to get rid of a lot of her clothes including the iconic Baywatch bathing suits.
She said, “I don’t like to waste.” She added her reasoning, “Better to clear my mind, clear my closet. Make room for this new life. I can’t wait to see others enjoy these pieces.”
